Pritchard Island Homeowner’s Association is comprised of 56 lakefront townhomes and an additional 27 lakefront homes in our Sub-Association (separate association). The townhomes are maintenance free (exterior) and served by city water and central sewer systems. Amenities include community swimming pool, tennis court, and 9 boat docks on beautiful Lake Henderson!  Pritchard Island is a short 1-mile from Liberty Park and access to the 46-mile, paved Withlacoochee State Trail.  An additional 1/3 of a mile away is the Historic Old Courthouse Heritage Museum and many local shops and restaurants.
